Made from 100% organic cotton, our bed linen is free from harmful substances and feels good on your skin. The natural material is particularly easy to care for, is breathable and regulates temperature - all year round. Thanks to our certifications, you can be sure: this bed linen is good for you - good for the environment and good for the cotton farmers!
Material & Care
We recommend washing this bed linen set at 40°C. We advise against using a tumble dryer. Lower wash temperatures and air drying save energy and can simultaneously protect the material and shape.
Sustainability
All MELA textiles are certified according to Fairtrade Cotton, the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS), and the Green Button. These three certifications address different points in our supply chain and complement each other in their social and environmental requirements.
Do you have any further questions? You can find more information on our sustainability page, in our podcast, and in our FAQs.
production
The bed linen was made by our producers in India.
At all of our production sites, the focus is on transparent, friendly and equal cooperation. Together, we are constantly developing to continually optimize the quality of our products. Our manufacturers have already received numerous awards for their social commitment.
We pay attention to fair working conditions and a healthy working environment, and not just in the sewing department. From the cotton to the finished product, we can trace all components and guarantee compliance with ecological standards along the entire supply chain.
All our production steps take place in the countries where the raw materials come from. This helps to maximize local added value and shorten transport routes.
